New Covenant is a growing mid-sized congregation in North Scottsdale, Arizona, that seeks a Youth and Family Ministry candidate with a passion to connect children, youth and families to a significant faith relationship with God, through Jesus Christ. Key strengths for this full time position are having a caring heart, a love of Scripture and being effective in working with children, youth and parents. It also requires being a competent mentor for the development of faith in the lives of children, youth and families, and skilled in planning and leading programs. A bachelors degree in youth and family ministry, or youth and family ministry experience required. It is also very helpful to have talents in music and the arts, and to be a proficient public speaker. Come help us build on the wonderful momentum in our current youth programs, and bring innovation and creativity in finding new ways of making and keeping the Love of Christ real in the lives of our young people.
